I dunno. I did it kind of quickly. I used to hate pastels but I guess workable fixative makes it a lot easier to handle. Maybe I’ll use it more, especially since I had to buy a new thing of Nupastels for just this project.
I think I’m starting to realize that I’m too lazy or anxious to draw features the right way or in the right place and it ends up looking really blocky because I’m never interested in finishing anything. Just a thought.

Yeah, I realized after that the eyes need to be lower because the bridge of the nose is too long, and Jay pointed out that the ear is too low and that my face is rounder than that. I also need to smooth everything out more because it looks messy. I have zero patience when it comes to figure drawing.
